About the Job:

The User Experience Architect is responsible for developing the structure and flow of a digital solution. They conduct research, interviews, and surveys, and then translate that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. The goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable journey for the users. They work in collaborate with other team members, such as developers, designers, product owners, customer experience business members, and third party vendors to deliver complex project and support ongoing operations. 

What You’ll Get to Do:   

  • Create user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes that define the overall product experience. 
  • Collaborate with the CX team and product teams to understand how the user will need to interact with the product, then develop the structure and flow to make that possible. 
  • Work with UX Researchers product owners to modify  user flows based on feedback.
  • Support experience definition by creating customer journey maps, user flow diagrams, information architecture models, wireframes, and other similar early-stage deliverables
  • Gather requirements from clients, customers and end users. 
    • Support client workshops, during which your team will seek input from the client concerning user experience concepts, and clarify experiential requirements
  • Identify new features for the product(s). 

What You’ll Bring with You: 

  • 5+ years of technology experience 
  • ISTQB - Certified Tester Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) is preferred. 
  • 4+ years of experience with Web, API, and/or Mobile experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience of hands on QA work. 
  • Excellent visual design aesthetic and skill with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of UX and interaction design principles across responsive web and native mobile experiences
  • General understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies and practices
  • Self-supplied curiosity and passion to learn about new technologies and UX/design trends
  • High level of proficiency with UX and UI design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer, Sketch, Adobe CS, Mural/Miro and other similar design, prototyping and collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with Financial Services or front-end development frameworks is a big plus
  • Management consulting experience would also be a huge plus.
