Introduction: We are seeking a seasoned Pharma Agile Transformation Principle Consultant to join us. Looking for Agile transformation expert with 10-15 years of experience in Pharma Agile transformation and have run strategic agile transformations at large scale for any of the major pharma.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-centric approach by guiding and supporting our cross-product teams in developing strategic roadmaps aligned with evolving customer needs and expectations and driving value realization across the board.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Experience with Large Systems: Operate and navigate within complex, large-scale pharmaceutical operations, demonstrating the ability to handle multifaceted projects and navigate diverse stakeholder groups.
  2. Cross-Product Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration between teams across multiple products, fostering a culture of shared ownership and responsibility for solving customer problems and identifying interdependencies.
  3. Change Management Expertise: Champion change management initiatives, effectively influencing and engaging local affiliates and global marketing teams to embrace new Agile methodologies and processes.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Establish and implement robust governance and measurement frameworks, reporting business outcomes with clear value realization metrics and demonstrating the overall project ROI.
  5. Tools and Technology Acumen: Added advantage if have proficiency in industry-standard tools like CRM(Veeva, Salesforce), marketing automation(Marketo, Hubspot), CMS(Adobe, sitecore), Martech solutions, and email management systems. Lead the effective utilization of these tools within Agile teams.

Additional responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners(Web, Email and CRM), marketers, developers, and customer insights specialists, to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of Agile methodologies and customer experience (CX) best practices to advise on roadmap development, prioritization, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower product teams in building customer-centric roadmaps that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend agile tools and processes that optimize roadmap creation, collaboration, and transparency.
  • Partner with senior management to ensure strategic alignment between customer needs, product roadmaps, and overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented roadmaps, measuring against defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
