Principal Business development - Coupang Pay

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing a strategic payments roadmap tailored to the Taiwanese market, ensuring that our innovative e-commerce solutions resonate with local consumers while maintaining the essence of Coupang's groundbreaking services. You will: 

· Craft our path to becoming Taiwan’s top e-commerce platform by focusing on strategic payments business development that places customer experience at the forefront, ensuring excellence without compromise. We aim to set the new industry benchmark in Taiwan.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of payments experience or equivalent, with industry knowledge and preferably local contacts.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while simplifying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
• Ability to combine strategic foresight with a strong execution focus to drive results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, with a willingness to delve into details and drive results.
• Fluent Mandarin (Written and Verbal) and Fluent English (Written and Verbal)
