As a member of our Supply Chain Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in building and delivering these cutting-edge solutions. We’re looking for individuals excited to be part of a fast growing company and contribute to the future of Supply Chain. 

ABOUT THIS ROLE 

In this position, you will act as a lead architect in our Supply Chain Applications professional services team. You will provide Anaplan architectural expertise within the implementation of these applications, working along supply chain delivery leads and our partners.  

You will need to build up a detailed understanding of the architecture of the applications and be able to apply that to designing the overall solution that will be deployed into our customers, including the design of customer specific extensions/modifications, and troubleshooting unexpected behavior.  In some instances, you will personally take on model building responsibilities for extensions/modifications, and in other instances you may be guiding others to do so.  

Your remit will span across multiple projects, including those where you are not directly involved in the day-to-day activities but where the model builders in our services team need your advice and guidance. It is likely that you will also line manage some of these team members. 

 

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high quality Anaplan solutions and is able to collaborate with all types of different personalities, communicate complex concepts to business users and bring them together to align on key solution decisions. 

  • Working closely with the Supply Chain Delivery Lead to gather client’s business requirements and creating a corresponding set of functional specifications, to be documented for client’s approval. 
  • Analyzing client data and master data to assess suitability to meet the requirements and advise the client on any implications to their proposed planning process. 
  • Modifying the Supply Chain Applications (Anaplan model building), to support the client’s functional requirements, including updating data integrations and the user interface. 
  • Coaching the model builders in our team and overseeing their technical implementation work. 
  • Developing user training documentation of the client’s solution. 
  • Conducting solution validation and testing of the application, ensuring zero defects. 
  • Providing solution demonstrations to clients of their solution.  Providing solution training to the client’s key users on the application. 
  • Providing input to Product Management on application improvements based on customer feedback. 

 

 To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • 5+ years technical hands-on experience with Anaplan. Solution architect certifications and a background in building complex Anaplan solutions. 
  • Self-starter with a consistent record of driving customer outcomes, and aligning in complex customer environments at the executive and department levels; 
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and work with the team to best translate those into a simple, usable, yet high value solutions; 
  • Experience in an enterprise performance management, ability to partner with account executives, supply chain SMEs, customer success teams, etc; 
  • Experience in software project management, customer success management, and/or related experience 
Base Salary Range:
$163,000$220,000 USD
