We're not telehealth and we're not a traditional doctor's office: we're the best parts of both.
Our mission at Rezilient is simple: to make access to primary care convenient, timely and seamless. No long waits. No treating patients as a number.
Rezilient is a hybrid module - our clinics are staffed by paramedics, but the doctor joins the appointment virtually on-screen. The provider relies on the medic as their partner for a thorough physical assessment, with the aid of connected devices that live stream ENT, skin, and cardio respiratory exams. Not only does this allow the provider to see and hear high quality exams, but it allows the patient to participate in the experience themself through hearing their own heartbeat or seeing their own eardrum.
Because our providers are virtual, patients can choose their doctor based on their preferences, not their location, and appointments can be scheduled the same, or next day. We believe good healthcare takes time and attention, so at Rezilient we allow patients as much time as they need with their provider to fully address their concerns.
Our model is breaking through the old way of medicine and bringing transparency and high quality care through the use of technology. We are looking for paramedics that are ready to expand and break new grounds in the world of primary care.
Summary of Duties
- Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator: greeting patients, working as the hands of the physician during appointments, and performing in-clinic tests and procedures. Our clinics are conservatively staffed - so our medics are trained and trusted to run their own location.
- Use connected devices to perform physical exams with a virtual physician (cardiac and lung exam w/ stethoscope, ear exam w/ otoscope, etc.)
- In-clinic procedures including: blood draws, processing urine samples, injections, ear flushes, etc.
- Accurate charting and documentation of exams, procedures, and lab orders.
- Troubleshooting devices or audio/video issues that might occur (camera obstructed, speakers disconnected, screen disconnected, etc). In-depth technical support is provided remotely.
- Daily opening and closing of the clinic
- Shifts are available Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30
- $26 - $29/hr

- Paramedic current state licensure, (+ NREMT preferred)

- Previous experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU, step down I/P units is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent people skills. The way you treat people and handle their care is the absolute most important thing to us at Rezilient. We can train employees to do a lot, but we can’t train character and attitude. If you love taking care of people, making them feel comfortable, safe, and heard - this is not the job for you.
- Soft skills - independent thinker, problem solver, passion for revolutionizing healthcare, hands-on, can-do personality.
