In addition, you’ll lead the transition from Excel-based pricing tools to a SaaS-based CPQ system, improving efficiency and scalability for the business.

Another key responsibility will be designing and delivering pricing training and enablement programs to ensure the teams have the necessary skills to execute on your strategies. You will also oversee governance, target setting, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with business objectives. As part of your leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement in pricing and packaging execution across Civica.
