Pricing Compliance & Training Lead

The Pricing Process Compliance and Training Lead is part of the Global Pricing & Contracts team within NIQ Revenue Office. You will be a key support and driver of growth in Nielsen IQ’s global Pricing practice. You will be responsible for leading the training and development of our pricing processes, ensuring that all team members and stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for pricing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions

• Develop and maintain training materials guides and documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Analyze and report on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members & sales teams

• Quality gatekeeper for renewals work prepared by the pricing team

• Develop and implement error identification procedures to detect and correct pricing errors

• Drive sales team independence in using pricing tools and systems

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Proficiency in pricing software and CRM Systems (MS dynamics)

• Strong knowledge of pricing processes and methodologies

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting

•Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting

• Certification in training and development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to coach and mentor team members

• Effective problem- solving and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong time management and prioritization skills
