As a Data Process/Service Specialist, you will be able to let your customer experience skills shine. You will be responsible for data entry for contact lens prescriptions that you receive. You will help guide our customers through the contact lens prescription verification process by communicating with them directly through email or via text messages. Your position will help provide the best customer experience possible as you help customers complete their orders!
The details
- Start Date: October 28, 2024
- Training: Three weeks, M-F, 10 am to 5 pm MST, fourth week and beyond you will work your assigned schedule

Training and working remotely from approved locations: North Carolina, Texas or Utah (must be a current permanent resident)
- Full-time
- Starting base pay: $12.00 per hour + bonus potential
- Shifts between 11 AM – 11 PM MST. Shifts will not change for at least three months
- Required Saturday or Sunday shift for a minimum of one year

What you'll do
- Contact eye care providers to obtain prescriptions for our customers
- Process roughly 325 items or more per 8-hour shift following standardized processes (using gaming mice, screen layout, workflow, etc.) to achieve the best customer experience and remain compliant

Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound faxes from customers and eye care providers
- Respond to emails and text messages from customers regarding their prescriptions
- Advise customers regarding any order adjustments
- Interact directly with customers through email, text messages and sometimes via the phone
- Abide by 1-800 Contacts policies and procedures as identified and amended from time to time

What you'll need
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Great computer skills and technical literacy
- Technical aptitude
- Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
