Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing environment, where we prioritize the social, spiritual, and educational development of preschool-aged children. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning and support the holistic growth of each child through engaging activities and compassionate guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom and playground environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards, focusing on foundational pre-kindergarten skills while integrating Christian values and teachings.
- Social and Emotional Development: Foster positive relationships among children, promoting social skills, empathy, and conflict resolution through group activities and cooperative play.
- Spiritual Growth: Incorporate Bible stories, prayers, and Christian principles into daily activities, helping children develop a sense of faith and community.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and involve them in classroom activities to strengthen the home-school connection.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance student learning experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about current best practices in early childhood education and actively pursue professional development opportunities.
Salary Range : $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Requirements
- Experience: Preferred background in early childhood education, with demonstrated success in teaching preschool-age children.
- Education: For Lead Teacher positions, a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units from an accredited college is required.
- Personal Qualities: An enthusiastic, patient, and collaborative individual who is both task-oriented and people-focused, capable of nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Evidence of the Tdap and the MMR vaccine or blood titer for the MMR.
- Recommended Qualifications:
- Additional Early Childhood Education units
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, ensuring readiness to respond to any emergencies.
