Prepress Employee/Planner - Prepress medewerker/planner (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our prepress team as a Prepress Employee/Planner, at our production facility in Almere. This role involves daily planning and optimization of printing orders, artwork checks, and communication with our external DTP partner. The successful candidate will also serve as a backup planner for both the Printing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily planning and optimization of printing orders

• Checking artwork

• Liaising with external DTP partner

• Providing backup planning support for the Printing Department

• Offering backup planning assistance for the screen printing workshop

Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een medewerker Prepress/planner die ons prepress team komt versterken. Jouw gevarieerde job bestaat onder andere uit het optimaliseren van de binnenkomende orders, het controleren van werktekeningen en het onderhouden van contacten met onze externe DTP partner. Verder fungeer je als back-up voor de planning in de screen printing workshop.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Dagelijkse planning en optimalisatie van drukopdrachten 

• Artwerk controleren

• Onderhouden van contacten met externe DTP-partner

• Het bieden van back-up planningsondersteuning voor de afdeling drukkerij

• Het bieden van back-up planningsondersteunings voor de zeefdruk workshop

• HBO working and thinking level 

• Proven experience in Illustrator and Photoshop

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on creativity, accuracy, and efficiency

• Affinity or experience in a printing environment or screen printing is advantageous

• A good knowledge and experience in both the Dutch and English language, in writing and speaking.

• HBO werk, - en denk-niveau

• Aantoonbare ervaring met Illustrator en Photoshop is een must

• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met focus op creativiteit, nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie

• Affiniteit en/of ervaring in een (zeef) drukkerij is een pré

• Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
