As a member of the Premium Cricket Team, you will part of a team provide the most accurate Cricket support and analysis to both internal teams and clients across the world. Our first cricket enthusiasts have been onboarded and we are looking to further grow the team in Tallinn!
THE CHALLENGE:
- Using your expert cricket knowledge to make informed predictions to trade cricket events both pre-match and live.
- Providing effective and high quality support to clients and increasing customer satisfaction by building loyalty.
- Using your strong maths skills to fine-tune existing models, or to develop new ones.
- Collecting, researching and analysing cricket statistics.
- Producing and updating accurate team and player ratings.
- Providing high quality responses to client queries.
- Analysing betting data.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure any bugs are reported and resolved.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Cricket enthusiast with an in-depth knowledge of the game.
- You love numbers and are proficient in mathematics with the ability to translate complex mathematical information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to take immediate action in a fast-moving trading environment.
- Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns, including at weekends.
- Interest in sports betting markets.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good English both written and oral.
