We have a current opening for a Prefab Tech at our Sacramento, CA office.
The Prefab Tech will work with the prefabrication team to perform accurate and detailed assemblies, per drawings and specs, for various projects.
Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
• Prefabrication Assembly; meter stacks, light heads on poles, panel/breaker make up, light fixtures, receptacles/devices/outlets, misc. kitting
• Material Use/Work; pipe bending, wire stripping, cutting MC/Romex, cutting strut/all-thread, pig tails, etc.
• Tool Use; various hand tools, various power tools, table saws, pipe benders, fork lifts, etc.
Requirements
• High School graduation or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move weighted items; up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive task while completing them in detailed, timely, and quality manner
• Read, write and understand measurements
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions as well as provide in same or similar format
