Develop and Manage the Presales Unit to support the Sales team in achieving their internet and non internet targets.
Duties
- Ensure Internal customer satisfaction.
- Develop efficient solutions resulting in covering customer needs and closing deals.
- Improve project delivery time frames in coordination with all stakeholders.
- Train the sales team on all product and services and create a development plan.
- Automate Internal Presales Process that has direct effect on customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Conduct field visits with the sales team to cover technical part and fulfill customer requirements.
- To create a comprehensive and competitive pricing index for all products and services.
- Prepare professional updated presentations that deliver results in closing deals.
- Develop the Presales team to be experts in all the B2B products portfolio.
- Formulate requirements gathering process that is fast and efficient.
- Stay updated on Market trends, solutions, prices, competitors and deliver Market insights reports.
- Improve offer deliver time frame.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Develop the Presales team to become solution experts in field.
- Ensure team members have clear objectives and KPI's.
- Monitor performance and take corrective action.
- Recruit and Train the presales team.
- Manage the presales unit to ensure achieving the set objectives.
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering ,Business Administration or relevant
- General Years of Experience : 7 Years
- Related Years of Experience : 3 Years
- Managerial Years of Experience : 3 Years
