The Pre-Sales (also known as Solution Consulting) team at Pigment has grown significantly.  The team supports the sales organisation with all technical and functional aspects of the sales process.  Furthermore, the team has implemented a number of systems and processes and now requires operational support to help with the ownership and management of these, as well as helping the team to prepare content and demos for their sales opportunities.

Working closely with the solution consulting team, sales enablement team, and other stakeholders, you will optimise processes, manage documentation, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall sales experience for our prospects & customers. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be vital in driving success in this role.

What you'll do

  • Process Design & Optimisation:  We are growing fast and require good processes to scale efficiently.  Identify opportunities for automation, and implement best practices to improve the way the team operates. 
  • Knowledge Sharing: Ensure that other teams understand how the Solution Consulting team works and how to engage effectively with the team.  Manage team assets in our Content Management System.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams so that they understand what pre-sales do and how to engage.
  • Organise, Structure and share the teams demo assets in a library, so that they can be found and understood by Pigment and Partner Solution Consultants. 
  • Manage the team's Demo Automation Software ensure that Customer facing videos are up to date and content remains fresh.  
  • Learn the Pigment product and be able to adjust and anonymise models built for customer engagements,  to repurpose them as a re-usable general demo asset.

Who you are

  • Looking to build experience in a SaaS sales environment & learn about the Enterprise Performance Management space.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and French.
  • Previous experience with a business finance team or a software company (e.g previous internship) would be an advantage but is not essential.
