Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to design and implement customer service management (CSM) solutions using platforms like ServiceNow CSM and/or  Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across various industry verticals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • MUST TO HAVE: Proven track record in Pre-sales for large clients, excellent proposal writing skills, Customer presentation skills.
  • GOOD TO HAVE: Experience with Service CSM, SPM, or any cloud-based platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow/ Salesforce solutions and ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.
  • Working closely with clients to build CSM solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow that address their needs.
  • Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow platform using scripts and application capabilities.
  • Lead the implementation of CSM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
  • Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.
  • Participating in all technical aspects of the program and solution delivery.
  • Ensuring that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.
  • Effective upwards management to program lead and executives
  • Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with ServiceNow/Salesforce Cloud platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow/ Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, configuration, development, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and data model.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities beyond core modules highly desirable
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM or Salesforce Service Cloud is a must
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM is desirable
