Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and professionally designed materials to support the sales and pre-sales teams. This role focuses on creating presentations, proposal designs, infographics, and other graphical elements that communicate our IT solutions to potential clients in a clear and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Collateral Design: Create visually appealing presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to support the pre-sales and sales teams during client pitches and meetings.

Proposal Design: Design and format Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documents to make them visually engaging and easy to navigate.

Infographics: Develop high-quality infographics and visual representations of IT solutions, processes, and data to make complex information easy to understand for clients.

Custom Visuals: Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to create custom visuals that explain IT services, project timelines, implementation strategies, and technical architectures.

Branding Alignment: Ensure all sales materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials and client-facing documents.

Collaboration: Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather information, understand project requirements, and translate them into visual formats.

Client Presentations: Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and other materials that showcase company offerings and project solutions.

Visual Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible visuals that communicate the value of the company’s IT services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Review and Editing: Ensure final designs are accurate, high-quality, and meet the client’s requirements before submission.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Graphic Design Expertise: Strong experience in graphic design, particularly in creating visuals for proposals, presentations, and technical documents.

Tools & Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of IT services and technical concepts, with the ability to visually interpret them for non-technical audiences.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and high standards in all design work.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.

Creative Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present technical information in a visually appealing and clear manner.

Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a B2B or IT services environment.
- Portfolio showcasing design work, especially in pre-sales, proposals, or corporate presentations.
- Experience in designing infographics and data visualization for complex information.
- IT consulting experience is mandate.
