SOFTONE is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Identify customer technical needs
  • Analyze data using established tools and methods
  • Prepare and deliver software demonstrations, with or without customer data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to highlight solution benefits
  • Assist in completing Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP)
  • Work with development teams to align new customer requirements
  • Understand competitors’ solutions to provide the best options for customers
  • Conduct presentations and proof-of-concepts for prospects and clients
  • Prepare project proposals and quotes
  • Assist with process mapping and other business needs under senior guidance

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP/CRM/BI software
  • BS/MS in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science
  • Strong knowledge of business software
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office package 
  • Excellent command of business English (speaking, reading, writing), preferably holder of a language proficiency certificate. Any other foreign language constitutes an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player
  • Ability to effectively learn new products and services and demonstrate these articulately 
  • Detail oriented and results focused 
  • Strong team worker and able to fit in diverse environments 
  • Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and demonstrate a solution to the customer  
  • Tenacious, highly resistant to a fast-paced working environment  
  • Open to occasional business travel
