Due to continued expansion, we have created a new position for a Pre-Sales Associate to join our Direct Sales team based in Ireland.
As a Pre-Sales Associate you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business for TransferMate in line with targets by calling prospects and generating leads.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Helping the sales team to reach targets.
- Organizing meetings for upcoming events for the sales team and through linked in contact.
- Ensure Sales Force and CRM database is updated following each interaction with prospect.
- To ensure all own work is completed in a timely and effective manner.
- To assist with completion of RFP/RFIs.
- To assist in other areas of TransferMate and its sister companies should the need arise.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Maintain a professional understanding of the FX industry.
This role will be hybrid with a requirement to attend the office in Kilkenny approx. 2 days a month.
Requirements
- Expiernece meeting sales goals and prospecting leads.
- Confident with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Expiernece meeting and exceeding goals and targets.
- Expiernece negotiating and building client relationships.
- Expierence working as part of a team.
- Leadership and communication / presenting skills with strong written English.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Financial services background (preferred but not essential).
- Salesforce experience (preferred but not essential).
