Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Pre-Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our business and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, events, and cold calling.
  • Client Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Information Sharing: Provide clients with accurate information about our property offerings, services, and processes.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings or site visits for the sales team with qualified clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all leads are properly tracked and followed up.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in real estate is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
