The Role

In this role, you will lead a professional services team focused on customer success from implementation and beyond. As a team manager, you will lead a team that excels in software implementation delivery.  

What You'll Do

  • Lead a Professional Services team that delivers a wide range of Development Cloud solutions in Quality, Clinical, Safety, and Regulatory domains
  • Help the Practice Manager build, lead, and expand the team focused on long-term employee success
  • Ensuring customer and employee success within the delivery of implementation and post-implementation services
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, develop and maintain innovative consulting process
  • Develop and maintain a culture of operational excellence
  • Partnering with local & global, and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes for Japan-based customers
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with customers
  • Build an internal network across Veeva – Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services – to champion customer and employee success

Requirements

  • Japanese fluency + Business Level English
  • Proven track record of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
  • 2+ years in people management
  • Has grown and led a professional services team 
  • Operational excellence in leading Services, including utilization and resource management

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Pharma Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Clinical spaces
  • Experience with Data or Content Management applications
  • Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, D2, OpenText, SharePoint, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, BioClinica, IMPACT, Siebel CTMS, Wingspan eTMF, InForm EDC, RAVE, docuBridge, Global Register, goBalto, DDWorks or other QMS, CTMS, RIM, RegIntel, EDC, LMS, eTMF, Study Start-up (SSU) or Safety applications
