En NielsenIQ, medimos el rendimiento de nuestros clientes y utilizamos la analítica para ayudar a nuestros clientes a que su negocio crezca. Tanto la medición como el análisis son importantes, pero la conexión de los dos entregables en conocimiento y recomendaciones son críticos en el éxito del cliente.

Objetivo

Apoyar al equipo de ventas (SMB) a liberar más tiempo para actividades de ventas. Ser responsable de elaborar los briefings y actividades administrativas y operativas del equipo (89-90% de las actividades post-ventas).

Responsabilidades

Ser responsable de todas las instrucciones de ventas (para finanzas) e instrucciones de producto (para Custumer Success) que serán entregados a los clientes en el proceso post-ventas.
Apoyar con las preguntas que los clientes puedan tener en el proceso post-venta.
Apoyar en el proceso pre-venta, realizando investigaciones de antecedentes en el proceso de cotización, apoyando al equipo en el desarrollo de la cotización.
Ser responsable de hacer las instrucciones de revisión de crédito con los nuevos prospectos y apoyar en el desarrollo de las nuevas ventas.
Pensamiento Analítico.
Manejo de cliente junto con una comunicación constante y asertiva.
Afinidad por el análisis de información, manejo de datos e ideal afinidad por la tecnología (Power BI, programación, big Data, etc)

Acerca de ti

Debe ser una persona analítica, con habilidades de comunicación, comercial y proactiva que le apasione la investigación de mercados e inteligencia del consumidor. Contar con la habilidad de conectar con diversas áreas (Finanzas, Customer Response, Customer Success, y también con el equipo comercial de SMB) y tener apertura a la retroalimentación y trabajo en equipo.

Requerimientos

Estudiante cursando último semestre de las carreras: Administración, Economía, Mercadeo , Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
Contar con aval de la universidad para realizar sus prácticas profesionales en el primer semestre del 2025 (Obligatorio)
Inglés intermedio
Habilidades comerciales, comunicación y de seguimiento.
Paquetería de Microsoft Office (Excel Intermedio-Avanzado)
Programación, Power BI y CRM (son diferenciales)
