About the Role

A leading UAE-based international organisation specialising in conference management and publications is seeking a skilled PR freelancer for long-term collaboration. The role involves managing public relations initiatives for both regional UAE events and global conferences, with a focus on building and maintaining strong media relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies for international conferences and publications
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials
• Manage media relations across UAE and global markets
• Create compelling content for conference promotions and publications
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones

Requirements

• 3-5 years of PR experience, preferably in conference or events sector
• Proven track record in UAE and international markets
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern media landscape
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
• Experience in managing virtual and hybrid events PR
