PPM Data Analyst - Remote

ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented PPM Data Analyst to join the Product/PMO Team! Individual reports to Manager, PPM Analytics. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The PPM Data Analyst plays an essential role in helping the company create, measure, and influence success as we work to deliver value to our customers. The Analyst implements, processes, tracks, visualizes, and interprets enterprise data points using Business Intelligence Tools to empower leadership with actionable recommendations for iterative process improvements. The PPM Data Analyst has the ability to ascertain our organizational strengths and weaknesses from a data-first perspective. This position will use data intelligence to prescribe solutions to impact Key Objectives and Key Results positively. 

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

  • Architect and build cross-functional reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools.
  • Regularly communicate with cross-departmental colleagues.
  • Implement Predictive Modeling to help forecast trends. 
  • Build automations to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Measure and analyze project and business KPIs including post-launch project success metrics.
  • Reduce estimation errors and ineffective resource allocation.
  • Build and support Customer Experience metrics that get incorporated into future project releases.
  • Identify and report on non-project-based work.
  • Optimize and improve workflows, processes, and procedures to gain efficiencies across the business.
  • Make well-informed, smart, data-supported decisions.
  • Spearhead suggested process changes to improve the business.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 - 3 years Industry Experience
  • Advanced ability to identify, implement, and use Business Intelligence tooling to create dashboards and presentations that tell business stories
  • Comfort with Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Atlassian Product Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,000 - $110,000.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.  The specific programs available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
