PowerPoint Specialist

The Job

We are looking for a skilled PowerPoint Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic and visually appealing presentations for a variety of executives across different functions, for internal and external audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of our company’s brand standards and a creative and collaborative approach to enhancing engagement, readability, and understanding through presentation design and story telling.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality presentations for a range of executives and purposes, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand standards
• Incorporate multimedia content into presentations when applicable to maximize engagement
• Innovate and push the boundaries of design to improve presentation aesthetics and viewer engagement, with an eye for social media use of presentation materials
• Own the design process from concept to completion, including proofing for accuracy and adherence
• Manage multiple presentation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Stay flexible and be able to pivot and change with the needs of the business
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, set realistic expectations, and provide updates
• Develop and refine PowerPoint templates and design standards so they can be used easily, company-wide, to facilitate self-service presentation creation
• Contribute to advancing our visual identity as a key member of our Marketing and communications team
• Offer support and training to other team members on using templates and adhering to brand guidelines
• Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or other related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a PowerPoint Specialist or in a similar role focused on corporate presentation design.
• Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of advanced animation and graphic design features.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphic design tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and guidelines to non-designers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
• Able to present yourself and your work professionally to senior leaders.
• Crypto industry experience preferred.

Work Environment

This job operates in a hybrid office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, etc.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
