Power Platform Developer/Consultant

As a Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Developer/Consultant, you will be at the forefront of enhancing Euromonitor International internal business processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot/Gen AI tools to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in aligning departmental visions with successful implementation, ensuring the effective utilization of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development:

· Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.

· Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficient workflows to eliminate manual tasks and optimize operations.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

2. Technical Expertise:

· Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.

· Act as a hands-on Developer/Consultant for the implementation of Power Platform and Copilot solutions.

· Integrate artificial intelligence (GenAI) capabilities into business processes to enhance automation and decision-making.

3. Roadmap Contribution:

· Contribute to the development and communication of the internal roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.

· Ensure alignment with Euromonitor's strategy, goals, and objectives.

4. Stakeholder Management:

· Engage with stakeholders to align business and divisional strategy.

· Conduct regular forums to gather feedback, address concerns, and suggest new ideas.

· Act in consulting capacity.

5. User Support and Documentation:

· Support users during the transition from inception to production, providing expertise during training, UAT, and go-live activities.

· Manage documentation of business requirements, workflows, processes, applications, and data dictionaries.

6. Team Collaboration:

· Represent the Enterprise Applications team as a primary contact for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot solutions.

· Ensure project delivery aligns with budget, objectives, and quality standards.

Requirements

Skills/Proficiencies Required:

1. Technical Skills:

· Microsoft Power Platform Proficiency:

1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

2. Ability to leverage Power Platform capabilities to design and implement scalable and efficient business solutions.

· Power Automate Workflows:

1. Expertise in creating automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Flow).

2. Implementation of efficient and reliable processes for data integration, approvals, and notifications.

· Microsoft Copilot and/or GenAI Expertise:

1. Understanding and practical application of Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

2. Experience in utilizing Copilot for intelligent code suggestions, automation, and enhancing development efficiency.

3. Experience in LLM and Gen AI toolkit and prompts.

· Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents):

1. Knowledge of creating chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.

2. Integration of virtual agents into business processes to enhance user interaction and automate tasks.

· Power Apps Development:

1. Confidence in building custom applications using Power Apps.

2. Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and integrate with various data sources for seamless functionality.

2. Communication Skills:

· Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

· Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Problem-solving Skills:

· Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

4. Documentation Skills:

· Ability to document business processes, workflows, and technology recommendations.

5. Time Management:

· Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively within project timelines.

6. Continuous Learning:

· A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
