We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of automating business processes, enhancing program performance, and leading teams to deliver impactful solutions. With over 4 years of experience in Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving business success through innovative automation solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Create and maintain custom connectors, REST APIs, and integration solutions to enhance automation capabilities.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards to showcase business data and analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in existing automations using process and task mining techniques.
- Manage deployment of solutions across different PowerApps environments using CI/CD pipelines to minimize downtime.

Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with Power Platform technologies (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and custom connectors.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure DevOps.

Professional Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proven consulting experience with clients, demonstrating ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality automation solutions.

Certifications:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, AZ-500, AZ-900, SC-900.
