Business skills:
Experience in working with business stakeholders - business requirements definition and planning
Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to leverage technology to improve business processes
Experienced in managing conflicting priorities and remaining focused and effective under time pressure
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Good English (written and verbal) - working with English-speaking stakeholders daily
Technical skills:
Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse as a data backend
Microsoft PowerBI experience (dashboards, reports, data aggregation, and integration from various file and database sources)
Experience in administering cloud services, preferably Azure, AWS, and Office 365
Experience in designing and implementing relational databases
Experience in developing and testing REST endpoints
Knowledge of modern software engineering patterns and practices
Experience with CI/CD solutions, preferably Azure DevOps
Will be considered as an advantage:
Experience in developing custom connectors (.NET) for Power Platform
Experience in developing Power Platform AI solutions
Experience in developing solutions integrating other machine learning frameworks
Azure and/or Power Platform certification
IT outsourcing experience
