Are you ready to drive impactful projects and build strong client relationships with some of the world's biggest brands?
As INDG’s software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations for clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, L'Oréal, LVMH, Pernod Ricard, and Beiersdorf.
After a (film/photo) shoot, the final masters are turned into templates in the Grip platform, that allow clients to order adaptations of marketing content, without any further need for post-production (retouch, compositing, etc.) upon order-time. Templates are being built by mixing (VFX) production, postproduction and development skills.
As a Post Production Producer at Grip, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients and our brilliant internal team of 3D artists, (VFX) compositors, VFX Supervisors and template developers (bringing all skills together). You are the main point of contact in the execution template creation while working with the postproduction houses, our internal studio and postproduction teams, with the responsibility of delivering the project on time and being the main responsible person for communication with our clients and executives. You are responsible for delivering all parts of the template creation schedule, budget and cost reporting. You manage the resources that are working on template creation and meet with them several times per day. You have a (post) producer and/or Project Management background and ideally poses a PMP or similar certification.
What You'll Do:
· Plan and multiple Manage Projects in parallel: Plan the template production workflow in collaboration with the team and other departments, to develop a feasible schedule that encompasses motion, visuals, VFX and development.
· Build and Manage Project Teams: Collaborate with the producers and other departments to hit the targeted timelines and match the quality levels of the provided “masters”.
· Client Relationship: Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
· Lead Meetings: Actively contribute to team meetings to keep everyone aligned on project updates. Ensure meetings are productive and organized, staying on top of tasks and deadlines to maintain smooth project progression.
· Documentation: Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans, as well as clear reports to clients and project executives
· Manage Finances: While making sure the work is executed in a timely manner you monitor and manage the costs of the project execution and stay withing the allocated budgets. You know your projects through and through and therefore can report on the profitability of your projects
· Communication: Communicate in excellent and inspirational manner, making sure that we avoid confusion and are 100% aligned with client and teams in terms of budgets and expectations.
