Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking an enthusiastic Portuguese Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support representative to join our innovative Health Department. This position allows you to interact with customers in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping them navigate their questions and concerns in a rapidly evolving sector focused on health.
Responsibilities
- Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and related health matters via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to enhance the customer experience in accordance with health regulations.
- Log customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system to facilitate the tracking of issues and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Health Department team to stay well-informed on product details, industry regulations, and health recommendations.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions to customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued patronage.
- Educate customers about the health considerations and advantages of e-cigarette products with a focus on clear communication.
- Maintain compliance with established health protocols and company policies while providing customer support.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within health, wellness, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain health-related topics and product usage.
- Ability to assess customer needs and respond with accurate, helpful information.
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer support software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- A passion for health and wellness, particularly concerning e-cigarettes and regulatory issues.
