• Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat support.
• Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary changes.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs.
