Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels.

- Engage with merchants via calls, emails, and tickets to ensure a positive experience.

- Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long term fixes.

- Work with different teams to resolve merchants’ concerns promptly using world class customer care skills.

- Reach out to merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction.

- Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to help us improve our services.

- Ensuring customer loyalty through rate reviews, prompt support, and providing definitive resolutions.

- Build and maintain a portfolio of premier merchants

Requirements

- Fluent in English.

- Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales.

- Good communication skills to connect with merchants effectively.

- Strong organizational skills to keep track of merchant interactions.

- Ability to understand and solve problems with a positive attitude.

- A team player who enjoys working toward a common goal.

- Comfortable and versatile when working in a lively environment with various tasks.

- Strong time management skills

- Reliable and committed to providing excellent service that will build the Nuvei name.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
