In this remote Portfolio Revenue Manager role, your primary responsibility will be to maximize revenue and profitability across our diverse portfolios consisting of Hotels and Multifamily Buildings. You will have significant autonomy to drive performance by creating new revenue initiatives, developing cutting-edge pricing programs, and implementing targeted yield management strategies. The Portfolio Revenue Manager lies within Kasa's Revenue Management team, which reports to the Vice President of Revenue & Sales and has significant interaction with the distribution, marketing, sales, financial strategy, and real estate teams. It involves regular interaction with Kasa’s property partners and owners of the properties.

💰 The Pay: The target OTE is $100,000 - $150,000 and is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes.
