Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 yearly. The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Responsibilities:
- Provides overall written communication and visualization support in the development of IT portfolio reporting.
- Track metrics, portfolio health, and changes to the portfolio (schedule, cost, scope), and apply portfolio management concepts such as business IT strategic alignment.
- Interact with clients and other stakeholders (Project Managers) to ensure that requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Provide process training and assistance if requirements are not understood.
- Ability to perform basic cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Formulate and define project business processes and objectives through research and fact-finding activities, combined with a thorough understanding of business process analysis and requirements management practices and principles.
- Recommends and applies strategic thinking, process improvement, and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvement to track/monitor the portfolio by identifying best practices, documenting and assessing performance measurements, and identifying business and technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Leads the efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs. In addition, it supports the effort for highly complex projects and all levels of programs.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Knowledge of industry-standard PMO methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Must have proficiency in the most current Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) software versions and experience with tools such as SharePoint.
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written; facilitation, formal document writing, and presentation skills.
- Must have experience communicating and interacting with senior-level personnel.
- Be process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow experience & Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI & Power Apps)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or business related field of study.

- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
