The Portfolio & Campaign Manager drives strategy and execution for crop protection cereals segment. This role leads product lifecycle management, from new introductions to pricing and branding, while overseeing marketing campaigns and market intelligence.
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Campaign in Central Europe with no direct reports, the Portfolio & Campaign Manager collaborates across teams to ensure focus on the marketing 4Ps.
Responsibilities
- To develop a robust portfolio strategy of respective segment (cereals CP)
- To actively manage product lifecycle with ownership of NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Ensure execution of the strategy and tactics to meet the business and financial objectives of respective segment
- Short- and long-term focus on the marketing 4Ps
- Leading of cross function campaign team to set up all local activities to deliver business targets
- to consolidate tactics into annual campaign plans and coordinate campaign execution
- To cooperate closely with regional marketing team, and local teams (technical support, regulatory, sales)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, business studies or equivalent
- 5+ years of marketing and portfolio management experience, preferably within agricultural industry or similar
- Sales and/or customer experience in the agrochemical, CP or related industry would be beneficial
- Exposure to forecasting, product development or product management practices
- Experience in budget management
- Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex concepts to all stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate level of English
