We are seeking passionate political-minded pros to join our team. Political Strategists serve as one of the primary point of contacts for campaigns and manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of the services ColdSpark provides.

Candidates should have previous campaign experience, a proven track record for managing client relationships, and an understanding of both digital and traditional campaign strategies. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable writing campaign budgets and copywriting.

Primary Focus:

• Maintain client relationships and ensure client happiness
• Assist managing day-to-day campaign or client communication with Partner or Strategist
• Work with the Partner & Strategist on executing campaign strategy
• Assist in drafting copy for mail, digital, and strategic communication efforts
• Work with the creative and digital teams to hit deadlines and deliver top-quality content
• Internal research for clients and race monitoring 
• Assist with campaign vendor management
• Assist team with Business Development leads and prospecting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of campaign experience
• Strong writing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, e-mail, slack
• 1+ year of account management experience
• Pittsburgh Location
