Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Understanding of e-cigarette products and their health-related aspects is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in health or wellness fields, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and with patience.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
• A love for working in a dynamic and cultural setting like Athens, Greece.
