Your Responsibilities
- Consult and support Polish-speaking clients in understanding and utilizing our AI solutions.
- Identify specific client needs to deliver customized AI implementations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Document client interactions and requests accurately in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training regarding AI product advancements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve shared targets.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish, both verbal and written, is mandatory. Kindly ensure that you state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Experience in a customer consultancy or technical support role is preferred.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and technological advancements.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
