As a consultant, you will provide tailored support, expert advice, and training to ensure clients can effectively implement and utilize our products. Your Responsibilities

• Consult and support Polish-speaking clients in understanding and utilizing our AI solutions.
• Identify specific client needs to deliver customized AI implementations.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Document client interactions and requests accurately in our CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training regarding AI product advancements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve shared targets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Polish, both verbal and written, is mandatory. Kindly ensure that you state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• Experience in a customer consultancy or technical support role is preferred.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and technological advancements.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset for effective problem-solving.
