AFRY Management Consulting are looking for people with an interest in the Polish energy market to join our team of energy market consultants. We are recruiting for Senior Consultants to join our existing UK-based (Oxford) Polish market team, and support our wider network of over 20 offices on four continents.

You will join over 800 experts with a presence across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas who regularly collaborate across offices to deliver projects.
As a primary responsibility, you will support AFRY’s consulting and business development activities in the Polish market for a wide range of clients including major financial investors, utilities, developers, government and regulatory bodies.
We are looking for Senior Consultants who are enthusiastic and passionate. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we will help you develop along the way:
The successful applicant will have knowledge of and an interest in the dynamics of the Polish energy market. In addition to this, they will have several years of relevant sector experience gained with a consultancy, an asset-management firm or with an energy market company. They will have the personal skills and sector knowledge to be seen as an expert, both internally within AFRY and externally by clients.

We offer relocation support to Oxford or London to include an exploratory visit, temporary accommodation initially, travel to the UK, shipping, visa, including consideration for accompanying family. For candidates in London we require people to spend the first few months working in Oxford with regular ongoing travel to Oxford.

To allow us to assess your skills in practice this will be accompanied by Excel, Word and analytical reasoning exercises, as well as delivery of a short presentation (including preparation of Powerpoint slides). Positions are available to start once all appropriate paperwork and relevant visa applications have been completed, including after completion of any studies at the end of your current academic year, if you are currently studying.
