The Poker Social and Content Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the poker marketing efforts by spearheading social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Poker Marketing, this role is responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaging online community across various platforms, including supporting social media, Discord, YouTube, and poker forums such as TwoPlusTwo.Additionally, the manager coordinates and liaises with retail communities to ensure a seamless and engaging omni-channel experience that bridges the gap between retail and digital poker platforms.

Essential Responsibilities:
•    In coordination with the Director of Poker Marketing, develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
•    Create compelling and relevant content across multiple platforms to drive user engagement and retention.
•    Manage and nurture online communities on social media, Discord, YouTube, and poker forums, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
•    Coordinate and collaborate with retail communities to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across retail and digital platforms.
•    In coordination with the Director of Poker marketing, identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration between retail and digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
•    Collaborate with internal teams, including CRM, analytics, and product, to ensure integrated and data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing content and community engagement based on performance metrics.
•    Monitor and analyze community feedback, trends, and metrics to iterate and optimize content and engagement strategies.
•    Prepare regular reports on community engagement and social media performance to track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for future initiatives.
•    In coordination with the Director of Poker Marketing, act as a liaison between the digital poker marketing team and retail stakeholders, effectively communicating the value, benefits, and synergies of digital poker products with retail poker partners.
•    Provide occasional backup for bonusing distribution and content uploads during high-demand periods, ensuring seamless execution of promotions and other player-facing initiatives.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
•    Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry.
•    Strong familiarity with online poker.
•    Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and community dynamics.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
•    Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content and engagement strategies.
•    Analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
•    Ability to navigate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders employing diplomacy and persuasion to achieve buy-in.
•    Experience in change management is a plus.
