They're launching a unique podcast that blends sports commentary with relatable midlife content, aiming to create a more conscious and intellectual alternative to existing sports media platforms. • Collaborate with hosts to develop engaging content and segment ideas
  • Coordinate guest appearances and prepare briefing materials
  • Oversee the technical aspects of podcast production, including audio/video quality and equipment maintenance
  • Assist in creating and implementing a social media strategy to promote the podcast

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in podcast or video content production
  • Strong understanding of current sports landscape and pop culture
  • Familiarity with topics relevant to a midlife audience (e.g., mental health, family, aging)
  • Proficiency in audio/video editing software and podcast production tools
  • Experience with social media management and content strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
