ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an exceptional Pod Lead to drive innovative data and analytics solutions across our global organization. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, adaptable leader who can orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary teams and deliver transformative business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of data, analytics, and technology professionals
- Serve as Scrum Master, driving Agile methodologies across global business use cases
- Design and align solutions with strategic Data & Analytics objectives
- Coordinate stakeholders across geographies to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage project risks, remove blockers, and make critical implementation decisions
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from definition to testing
- Ensure high-quality deliverables meet business requirements
- Create and manage cross-team delivery plans considering resource capacity and dependencies
