ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking an exceptional Pod Lead to drive innovative data and analytics solutions across our global organization. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, adaptable leader who can orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary teams and deliver transformative business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of data, analytics, and technology professionals
  • Serve as Scrum Master, driving Agile methodologies across global business use cases
  • Design and align solutions with strategic Data & Analytics objectives
  • Coordinate stakeholders across geographies to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage project risks, remove blockers, and make critical implementation decisions
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from definition to testing
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables meet business requirements
  • Create and manage cross-team delivery plans considering resource capacity and dependencies

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Lead cross-functional teams globally, fostering transparency and collaboration
  • Prioritize strategic solutions over short-term tactical approaches

Technical Proficiencies

  • Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, LeSS) - nice to have
  • Data Lineage and Governance - nice to have 
  • Adaptable problem-solving approach

Preferred Technical Experience

  • IBM mainframe
  • Big data
  • Cloud programming
