The Opportunity

Quantexa is looking for highly motivated professional to support our global PMO team. This is an initial 8 month fixed term contract. Our PMO team is at the heart of our delivery operation and provides vital input across multiple business areas, we are therefore looking for a confident individual who can quickly establish relationships and build trust.

What you’ll be doing.

Project Financial Analysis & Administration

• Account Management: Establish and maintain accurate project accounts within our PSA Tool, Kantata SX.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis around actual and forecasted margin, cost, revenue, and effort
• Client Audit Support: Actively participate in client audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance.
• Data Alignment: Ensure consistent data entry and alignment between client and internal systems to maintain data integrity.

Resource Management

• Team Allocation: Collaborate with regional leads to strategically assign team members to projects based on their individual skills, experience, and availability.
• Resource Forecasting: Work closely with regional PMO teams and Delivery Managers to anticipate future resource requirements and ensure adequate capacity.
• Challenge Resolution: Proactively address and resolve complex resourcing challenges to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.

Stakeholder Management

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness to address their needs and concerns.

Process Improvement

• Process Development: Design and implement innovative processes that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.

General Support

Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

Desirable but not essential:

• Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools such as Kantata SX or Jira.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of industry-specific processes and standards.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
