Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to support the human resource functions for a major Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Abu Dhabi. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes within a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of project personnel.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the project.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to address grievances and conflicts.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and timesheets in collaboration with project management teams.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate and project needs.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and project performance.
- Maintain HR metrics and reports, providing insights to the management team.
- Liaise with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and benefits.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on large-scale projects in the Oil & Gas or construction industry.
- Previous experience in a PMC environment is a strong advantage.
