Job Description:
This is what you will do as a Functional Manager
• Together with colleagues from the scrum team, you are responsible for the daily management activities and you are the first point of contact for colleagues from the business
• In the event of incidents, you are the spider in the web who directs the supplier and communicates with users
• You help to further improve the management processes
• You ensure that documentation about the operation of functionality and management processes is in order
• You carry out test activities, for example around incident solutions
