Platform QA Specialist

What you will be doing: 

The Program Delivery team develops incentive programs that meet a client’s requirements.  A Platform QA Specialist verifies the accuracy of an incentive program once it has been built and before it is deployed in a Production environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the quality of each configured program prior to activation.
  • Verify that the program respects the parameters as recorded on the client’s submission.
  • Assist in an aesthetical review of consumer programs prior to the public launch.
  • Collaborate with Application and Implementation Support Specialists and Client Success Managers to ensure a successful and timely program launch 

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to deal with tight deadlines
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
  • Strongly comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel is integral to the job)
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency:
    • Basic understanding of conditional formatting
    • Basic understanding of pivot tables
    • Strong understanding of:
    • VLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH
    • SUM, ROUND, CEILING, FLOOR
    • Graphs/Charts
    • Any understanding of: IF, AND, OR, MID, LEFT, RIGHT, DATE, is an asset.
