We are seeking a skilled Platform Owner to join our team at Retail Operation Solution and Support (ROSS). We are on a tremendous journey to replace Business Central and LS Central as our base ERP core digital retail offer with D365 Finance & Operation, D365 Commerce, D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Field service and different power platform apps. To support in this transition, we are seeking a Platform Owner for Dynamics 365 F&O.
About the Role
We are looking for an ERP Infrastructure Platform Owner. This platform is based upon Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform with Azure cloud as enabling SaaS infrastructure. The platform is considered a core enabler for the product teams that deliver digital products capabilities.
As a Platform Owner in ROSS, you are responsible for maximizing the business value resulting from the development and operation of the digital platform, also ensuring required technologies, toolsets and supporting services, by making trade-off decisions as needed. Ensuring the platform team(s) has a good understanding of the platform roadmap and vision as defined in collaboration with the Platform Manager, to drive the creation and prioritization of the backlog associated with the platform.
You are involved in sprint planning meetings to help provide clarity and elaborate features and user stories to help the team(s) better understand the requirements and how success will be measured. You define and deliver acceptance criteria and the ‘Definition of Done’ working collaboratively with the rest of the team.
You drive consistency in practice, process, toolset, and architecture across platforms and work with relevant stakeholders including product teams to understand and qualify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the platform as needed. We have transitioned into a more product and platform oriented organization set up, whilst migrating and implementing IKEA application customisations, so we work in a more clear way can separate platform layer and product layer.
You act as a infrastructure and platform subject matter expert for the team, providing insight, context, and additional information as needed to help the understanding of what is required and you will work collaboratively with platform specific architects, specialists and other Platform & Product Owners across Core Business Franchise and Inter IKEA Group to refine the backlog and identify cross journey dependencies within cross-functional teams to ensure that the agile/product team(s) have what they need and remove blockers that may prevent them to maximize the delivery of digital products on the platform by leading, supporting and secure a competent and high performing platform team, through internal and external sourcing.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills, and experiences would be valuable:
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive and diverse experience managing the operations and on-going platform and infrastructure development and maintenance of digital core systems, solutions and platforms in a global retail organisation or recent IKEA experience in retail or value chain.
Solid experience of platforms, architecture, and information management. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms is essential.
Relevant and up-to-date Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERO and Power Platform Certifications, and some experience from other Microsoft Azure Platform Services (e.g., WebApp, Azure SQL, Azure Integration Services) is also an asset but not a must.
Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up with various technology platforms and experience in understanding the needs of customers or clients (internal or external) with proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
You know how to set up, manage and track progress for software development in accordance with agile frameworks and methodologies.
Knowledge about the process of documenting, analyzing, tracing prioritizing and agreeing on requirements with control over change and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organisation and across markets, a structured mindset and the ability to perceive the bigger picture along with the underlying details.
Strong facilitation, communication and documented leadership skills and the ability to deliver in times of change and uncertainty, with the business goals, customers and co-workers in focus.
You have a cloud first mindset and believe DevOps and automation are keys to success.

Retail Operation Solutions & Support is an integral part of Inter IKEA Retail Concept and consists of a team of people with a passion for retail and competence in business and technology. We are moving into a new chapter with an ambition to provide IKEA retailers with a set of digital products and services that are integrated into the IKEA value chain and support the omnichannel IKEA Concept. We call this the Core digital retail offer and it covers key capabilities for retail operations. Currently our retail package is mainly used by the non INGKA retailers.
