1. Reprofiling
Ensure that all accounts closed by the Sales Department and via Lamudi Portal are validated according to the standard validation process and are well documented 100% of the time.
2. Onboarding
Schedule and facilitate an effective onboarding session with clients which is focused on all relevant website feature familiarization and an actual simulation of initial listing upload.
3. Utilization
Creating a plan of schedule for the client to ensure account utilization and facilitate 100% utilization of all agreement-related inclusions that fall on the first month of the contract.
Assistance with listings improvement based on the identified assessment and recommendation by the Business Intelligence unit.
4. Admin Tasks
Ensures that all check lists for account set up are well monitored and that all trackers and tools used for monitoring are updated real time.
