Planning & Performance Analyst

We are looking for passionate Planning and Performance Analyst who will support the Qualco Technology team, undertaking key responsibilities on the effective and efficient monitoring and reporting of the organizational performance against key indicators and business objectives. Above all we are looking for bright, interested and motivated people, keen to take on a technically challenging position working within a team atmosphere.

As a Planning and Performance Analyst you will:

• Develop complex operational forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function;
• Contribute on the creation of the annual business plan and the 3-5 years business plan;
• Monitor performance against Budget for the Business Unit and for each business line separately;
• Prepare and present analysis linking financial and operational data;
• Investigate potential variances and recommend corrective actions where necessary;
• Deliver and continuously improve the way we monitor and report performance working closely with colleagues across the organization to meet the reporting needs of the organization, and;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• At minimum three (3) years of experience in business planning, performance monitoring & reporting;
• Business Administration, Finance, Statistics degree or equivalent. MBA will be considered a plus;
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular);
• Advanced knowledge of tools like Power BI or Excel Power Query;
• Experience in establishing and developing performance monitoring tools and reports for different audiences;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret, disseminate and present information to a variety of internal and external audiences in a way that informs and influences their decision making; Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills;
• Strong sense of discretion, accountability, and time management skills.
