We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Planning Group Head. This is a Full-time position based in Bangalore. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including Amazon’s Cross-channel marketing & Prime Video.
- Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients
- Strategic Thinking on brands.
- Be responsible for client’s deliverables like Campaign Management, Competition analysis, Reports, Reviews, AOPs
- Strong Analytical Understanding. Be responsible for data sanctity of all client deliverables.
- Campaign Insights & application of the same in future campaigns.
- Up to date on all Platform changes and updates.

Be able to bring integrated planning (Traditional & Digital) into conversations with client.

Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs.

Understanding of other mediums as you will have access to 360 degree functioning of a media agency.

- Have a vision for business growth.
- With 5-8 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications.
- Understanding of Media – TV, Print, Radio & Digital Display.

Industry Software Knowledge & usage – BARC, Yumi, IRS, TGI, MAP.
- Understanding of digital tools like ComScore, Multi-screen planning, etc

An Innovative Approach: in use of media, exploration of new forms of media and communication.
- Understanding of brand and performance objectives.

Strong business process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to question & challenge team at all levels with confidence, to arrive at a clear and unambiguous view of requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Meticulous process & execution management

Proactiveness in address and escalate when needed, on any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Postgraduate is a plus.
